A short, plain-spoken policy for a site that collects nothing.
This is the privacy policy for the KinnyKat Studios website at kinnykatstudios.com (the "site"). It describes what information the site collects (very little), what we do with it (essentially nothing), and the third-party services we use to make the site work.
This policy is for the website only. Our individual products — such as WhiskerSteps — have their own product-specific privacy policies. See the relevant product's website or app store listing for those.
What this site does NOT do
To make things clear up front, this site does not:
- Use analytics or tracking pixels of any kind
- Set cookies or use local browser storage
- Use device or browser fingerprinting
- Have any forms, accounts, or logins
- Show ads
- Sell, rent, or share visitor information
- Load fonts or scripts from third-party CDNs
The only way to interact with us through this site is to email us at hello@kinnykatstudios.com via the link on the Contact page. When you email us, we receive your message — that's it.

This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has interacted with us through this website, please contact us at hello@kinnykatstudios.com and we will take appropriate action.

Your rights
Because this website does not collect personal information, there is little for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. If you have emailed us at hello@kinnykatstudios.com and would like us to delete your message and our reply, write back and ask — we'll honor that request.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you specific rights regarding personal information. Because we collect essentially no personal information through this website, most of those rights do not apply to anything we hold. You can still contact us with any privacy questions.
Updates to this policy
If we change how the website handles information, we will update this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will also be noted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
